Role Overview:
The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about helping students reach their potential.
Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans

Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and support educational goals

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district standards
Requirements:

Active California SLP License
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Completion of supervised clinical fellowship (CF)

Knowledge of IDEA and California education regulations
